Stage 1: Product Assessment Questionnaire

For every product submitted for registration with INFORMED-SPORT a product assessment questionnaire must be completed.

Stage 2: Product Testing to ISO17025 STANDARDS

The INFORMED-SPORT testing specification has been developed through the analysis of over 8000 supplement samples over 6 years.

Stage 2A: Pre Registration Testing

In order for a product to be registered with INFORMED-SPORT, a minimum of 5 samples of each product will be tested.

Stage 2B: Post Registration Testing

INFORMED-SPORT offers two levels of risk-management to its Members and provides the consumer with a high degree of confidence in each registered product.

Stage 3: Logo use and web directory

All INFORMED-SPORT registered products are entitled to use the INFORMED-SPORT logo.

Stage 1: Product Assessment Questionnaire

This assessment draws on many years of experience in supplement analysis and evaluates the integrity of the manufacturing stages from supply of raw materials, through third party manufacturing, into packaging and storage.

Co-ordinated by the programme's Central Administrator (HFL Sport Science), calling on the advice of the INFORMED-SPORT advisory panel as needed. All information is held in strict confidence between HFL and the prospective Member.
